Delivery
All our items are shipped every day before 12pm (noon), except Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
You will be notified by email of the successful processing of your order as well as the shipment of your package with its tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
By Chronopost Shop2Shop or Mondial Relay: At pick-up points, within 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery charges for pick-up points are free
By Colissimo Home Delivery: At home without signature, within 2 to 3 working days.
Colissimo delivery charges €5.5 including tax,
Home delivery with signature, within 4/10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
Free return
Upon receipt of your package, you have 14 days to return your items if you wish.
Products must be returned new, reconditioned to their original state (not wrinkled, folded…), with their tag and in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, plastic pouch). A non-compliant return cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
