Delivery
All our items are shipped every day before 12 noon, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
You will be notified by email that your order has been successfully received and that your parcel has been shipped, along with its tracking number so you can track the delivery.
Via Chronopost Shop2Shop or Mondial Relay: To relay points, within 2/4 business days.
Free delivery to relay points
Via Colissimo Home Delivery: To your home without signature, within 2/3 business days.
Colissimo delivery fee: €5.50 incl. tax,
Home delivery with signature, within 4-10 business days. Outside the European Union, customs fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
Free returns
Upon receiving your package, you have 14 days to return your items to us if you wish.
The products must be returned in new condition, restored to their original state (not wrinkled, folded, etc.), with their tag and in their original packaging (box, tissue paper, plastic pouch). A non-compliant return cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
