"I grew up in Mexico in a family of professional cyclists, with my father being a renowned cyclist, where physical activity has always been part of our daily life. Yet, despite this active environment, I often felt a deep lack of self-confidence. I am dyslexic, and as a child, this led to academic difficulties. I was often compared to my twin sister, which reinforced this feeling of inadequacy. At a very young age, I turned to sports, as it was one of the few things in which I truly felt comfortable. But deep down, I felt that something was missing from my balance."

In my teenage years, I started modeling, but I was always looking for a way to soothe the emotions I was feeling. It was only much later that I discovered meditation and wellness practices that radically transformed my life. These techniques allowed me not only to reduce daily stress but also to heal deeper wounds, those related to my past and the traumas I had accumulated without being aware of them.

 

 

What I have learned over the years is that many of our physical and mental ailments have their origins in deep sources of stress. I have met people who, thanks to better stress management, have managed to overcome illnesses such as migraines, insomnia, and even more serious issues like arthritis. For me, well-being is not limited to a meditative practice. It is a holistic balance that includes listening to one's body, managing emotions like anger or sadness, but also regular physical activity.

Regarding my own lifestyle, I practice meditation every day and combine it with a healthy and balanced diet. I adopted a vegan diet a few years ago, and it has greatly improved my energy and health. But I remain flexible: I listen to myself and to my body. If I need something different, I accept it without judgment. For me, a healthy lifestyle means adapting to one's real needs, without forcing oneself to follow strict rules that do not suit us.

"Today, I am happy to share my experience with others, whether through my work as a model or during the wellness sessions that I lead. I know how difficult it is to live with personal blockages or a lack of confidence, but I firmly believe that everyone can find a way to feel better. For me, it all starts with listening to oneself and establishing simple yet profound habits that soothe the mind and body."
