Rules of the Contest – La Pièce Paris

1. Presentation

The company La Pièce Paris, a SAS with a capital of 1,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 20 rue Visconti, 75006 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number SIRET 834 935 520, (hereinafter referred to as "La Pièce Paris" or "the Organizer"), is organizing a contest (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") from March 19, 2025, to May 15, 2025.

This game is intended for new subscribers to the newsletter and is accessible via a form titled "Try to win the belt bag La Pièce Paris", displayed as a pop-up when opening a page on the site www.lapiece-paris.fr.

Participation is free and open to any adult individual, excluding staff members of La Pièce Paris and its partners.

The Game is governed by French law. La Pièce Paris reserves the right to modify, suspend, or extend the Game, without affecting the rights of participants who have already registered. These adjustments may occur in the event of exceptional circumstances or suspicion of fraud. The Organizer disclaims any responsibility for the consequences of these possible modifications.

 

 

2. Duration

The Game will take place from March 19, 2025, to May 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM (French time).

The draw will take place on May 17, 2025, and the winner will be notified by email at the address provided during registration.

 

 

3. Terms of Participation

To be eligible, the participant must:

  • Go to  www.lapiece-paris.fr.

  • Complete the participation form that appears in a pop-up.

  • Enter a valid email address and a first name.

  • Click on "I take my chance".

Any registration with an incorrect, incomplete, or illegible email address will result in the exclusion of the participant.

Registering for the Game automatically subscribes you to the newsletter of La Pièce Paris. The participant can unsubscribe at any time but must still be subscribed at the time of the draw to be eligible.

 

 

4. Conditions of Participation

  • Only new subscribers to the newsletter can participate.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

  • A participant who is already subscribed, unsubscribes, and then resubscribes, will not be eligible.

  • Any attempt at fraud (multiple participation, use of multiple email addresses) will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant and a new draw will be conducted.

  • Participation in the Game implies unconditional acceptance of these rules.

 

 

5. Reward

A winner will receive a belt bag La Pièce Paris worth 150 euros.

  • The lot cannot in any case be exchanged for its cash value, nor for another product.

  • The winner will be contacted by email and will have 30 days to claim their prize. After this period, the prize will be forfeited.

 

 

6. Responsibilities and Access to the Game

  • Participation requires an Internet connection. La Pièce Paris cannot be held responsible for technical problems, site unavailability, or any other incident preventing a participant from validating their registration.

  • Data security is ensured, but it is up to each user to protect their personal information against any digital risk.

 

 

7. Protection of personal data

The information collected during participation is processed by La Pièce Paris, under its responsibility, for:

  • Manage registrations and designate the winner.

  • Send newsletters and promotional offers to subscribers.

Commitments of La Pièce Paris :

  • The data will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

  • They will be kept only for the time necessary for their use.

  • In accordance with law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 and the GDPR (European Regulation 2016/679), each participant has the right to access, rectify, object to, and delete their personal data.

Exercising one's rights:
 All requests must be addressed to La Pièce Paris – Web Service, 20 rue Visconti, 75006 Paris, or by email to contact@lapieceparis.com, specifying first name, last name, and email address. A proof of identity may be requested to validate the request.

 Participation in the Game implies full acceptance of these rules.
